Rapidgator.net is a very popular filehosting site that had tremendous growth after the Megaupload takedown in 2012. Though rapidgator.net existed as a filehoster back in 2010 (and in 2009 through rapidgator.com), 2012 is when the service became popular.
Today you’ll find rapidgator.net and rg.to download links all over the web: forums, blogs, and random websites. You can even find rapidgator download links in search engines still, but that is fading. Just about any type of file you want, whether it’s audio, video, software or digital information is available for download using Rapidgator.
Rapidgator.net link generators
Here are two services that support rapidgator.net downloads along with their daily limits and how much they cost for 30 days of service:
Service | Rapidgator Daily Limit | 30 Days Premium |
---|---|---|
Linksnappy | Unlimited | $12.99 |
Deepbrid | 40GB | $4.99 |
There may be more premium link generators that support Rapidgator downloads, only the above were tested in 2020. View the premium link generators page.
Rapidgator premium costs and limits
First off, free rapidgator downloads are quite restrictive: 300Kbps speed limit and 3 files per day, 2 files in the same hour. Which, this is of little use for anyone needing to download large files or several files from Rapidgator.
I don’t see any information about per-day limits for premium members, but Rapidgator has numerous packages available offered different amounts of per-month bandwidth:
The lowest current price is $14.95 USD for 30 days of service and 1TB worth of downloads, but you can get up to 6TB worth of downloads in 30 days so long as you’re willing to pay $49.99. Really, with all the options available, there’s a good chance your specific needs can be met with one of Rapidgator’s premium packages.
Rapidgator.net premium vs premium link generators
Normally, the conversation about whether to purchase a premium account vs a premium link generator is determined by how much and how often you need to download from the particular filehosting site. However, because Linksnappy offers unlimited Rapidgator downloads, that changes things to a degree.
There are two things worth noting here:
- You will always have a greater chance at stable service and faster speeds by using a premium account from the filehoster themselves vs a link generator / multihoster / debrid service. Premium link generator services are a middleman between you and files hosted by Rapidgator, in this case. Link generators can never make downloads better, only worse.
- Linksnappy, like many or all link generators, have struggled to consistently support Rapidgator at various times over the years. However, they also have supported Rapidgator when other services couldn’t due to changes on Rapidgator’s side. They have given account credits in the past when Rapidgator support was poor or it wasn’t working.
These things are worth considering when deciding which option is best for you.
The real benefit for premium link generators is that they give you the option of downloading from multiple premium accounts with a single account. If you only need Rapidgator downloads, then you really should just go with a Rapidgator premium account, even if a premium link generator may be cheaper than a Rapidgator account. I’ve listed the reasons for that above.
However, if you want to download from Rapidagator along with Uploaded, File.al, Turbobit, Tezfiles and more, then a premium link generator is proabably in your best interest. It’ll save you time by allowing you to download faster, and is much, much cheaper than buying multiple premium accounts.
